Who We Are

Afroxtend is a structured financial cooperative operating under RIF Africa.

Since 2017, we have maintained a disciplined approach to cooperative growth - partnering with individuals who value accountability, transparency, and sustainable distributions over speculative promises.

Our model is built on resource pooling, not passive investment. Partners contribute to a shared capital base that is actively deployed into agricultural operations, technology infrastructure, and strategic enterprise development across Africa. Distributions are generated from real economic activity and shared according to cycle participation.

Afroxtend is not for everyone. Participation is selective, and intake is limited to maintain the quality and stability of each cycle.

Explore How It Works

How It Works

Clear, transparent processes from entry to exit

1 Cycle-Based Structure

Afroxtend operates on a resource pooling model - not a traditional investment. Partners contribute to a shared pool that funds strategic ventures across agriculture and technology. Each cycle runs for a defined period: 4-month cycles for partners seeking shorter commitment windows, or 12-month cycles for those who prefer extended participation with compounding benefits. Distributions are generated from operational activities and shared based on cycle type, with yearly cycles offering higher compounding distributions than shorter cycles.

2 Partnership Tiers

Two partnership plans are available:

Starter Partnership - Designed for new partners entering the cooperative with a moderate commitment. Suitable for those testing the waters or working within a defined budget.

Business Partnership - Structured for partners with higher capital participation who seek greater allocation within the resource pool. Business partners receive priority slot consideration and enhanced cycle distributions.

Both plans operate under the same transparent framework. Specific participation thresholds and distribution structures are shared upon inquiry through our official platforms.

3 Resource Pool Model

Afroxtend is not an investment scheme - it is a cooperative resource pool. Partners contribute capital through "slots" that are collectively deployed into vetted agricultural operations, technology infrastructure, and enterprise development.

A slot represents your participation unit in the cooperative pool. Multiple partners pool resources together to work on major agricultural and technology dealings, and operational outcomes are shared based on slot holdings. This cooperative model enables partners to participate in ventures that would typically be inaccessible to individual participants.

Distributions are generated from actual business activities, not speculative trading. This model allows partners to participate in real economic ventures while sharing both the outcomes and the responsibilities of cooperative growth.

4 Cycle Distributions

Distributions are calculated and shared based on cycle type. Partners in 4-month cycles receive distributions at cycle close, while those in 12-month cycles benefit from compounding - where distributions are reinvested within the cycle period before final payout. This structure rewards longer commitment with proportionally higher outcomes. All distributions are processed transparently, with partners receiving clear breakdowns at the end of each cycle.

5 Limited Slots Per Cycle

Each cycle accommodates a fixed number of partners to maintain pool integrity and operational efficiency. Slot availability may adjust based on cycle capacity and resource allocation requirements. Partners are encouraged to indicate interest early, as slots fill based on verification order, not first-come-first-served.

6 Development Fee

A 1.5% development fee applies to all deposits, calculated on the deposit value. This fee supports operational infrastructure, due diligence processes, and cycle management.

7 Rollover Option

Existing partners in good standing may elect to roll over their participation into subsequent cycles. Rollover partners retain priority slot allocation and may benefit from adjusted terms based on partnership history. This option is subject to slot availability and cycle requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to help you understand the partnership model

What is a "slot" in Afroxtend?

A slot represents your participation unit in the cooperative resource pool. Multiple partners pool their resources together through slots to collectively fund major agricultural and technology ventures. At the end of each cycle, operational outcomes are distributed to participants based on their slot holdings.

Slots function as membership units within our cooperative framework - they represent your stake in the collective pool, not a traditional investment or security. This model allows participants to access ventures that would be inaccessible individually.

Can I purchase slots for family members?

Yes. You can participate in slots for long-term cooperative membership or register slots on behalf of family members for short or medium-term participation. This makes Afroxtend suitable for family cooperative engagement and collective resource building.

Why does slot availability vary each month?

Slot availability is determined by several factors:

  • Liquidation Mix: Months with high yearly cycle liquidations have more slots available for purchase. Months with more monthly cycle liquidations have fewer available slots.
  • Government Policy: Regulatory changes and compliance requirements can affect the number of slots we can offer.
  • Partner Activity: Existing partner rollover decisions and slot mode preferences influence monthly availability.

This dynamic structure ensures pool integrity and sustainable resource allocation.

As a new partner, will my slot allocation increase over time?

Yes. New partners typically receive limited initial allocations as part of our verification and integration process. As you establish a track record with successful cycle completions, your allocation capacity increases. This graduated approach maintains cooperative stability while rewarding committed, long-term partners.

When is the best time to purchase slots?

For optimal cycle registration, we recommend purchasing between the 1st and 5th of each month. Slots purchased during this window are registered for the following month's cycle. This timing ensures proper documentation, verification, and resource allocation planning.

How do you communicate updates to partners?

We prioritize partner confidentiality and use private communication channels:

  • Email Newsletters: Regular updates, cycle notifications, and policy changes
  • WhatsApp Broadcast: Direct messages for time-sensitive updates
  • 2026 App Launch: Bigisub and Subpadi apps will feature portfolio dashboards, real-time notifications, and transaction management

We do not operate public groups to maintain partner privacy and confidentiality.

Will distribution structures change in 2026?

Yes. Distribution structures are reviewed annually based on operational performance, venture outcomes, and regulatory requirements. All existing partners will receive a detailed circular in December outlining any adjustments for the upcoming year. Transparency in cooperative operations is a core principle of our structure.

Can I manage my partnership through a mobile app?

Yes, starting in 2026. Afroxtend will be fully integrated into the Bigisub (Nigeria-focused) and Subpadi (international) platforms. These apps will provide:

  • Real-time participation tracking
  • Cycle performance dashboards
  • Slot purchase and management
  • Distribution history and cycle records
  • Secure document access
  • Direct support channels

Until then, all transactions and updates are handled via email and WhatsApp.

Important Notice

Afroxtend is a cooperative resource pooling structure, not an investment scheme or security. Participation involves contributing to a shared pool that funds real agricultural and technology ventures. Distributions are based on actual operational outcomes, not guaranteed returns. All ventures carry inherent business risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Partners share both the potential outcomes and the risks of cooperative enterprise development.

This is not a solicitation or offer to invest. Participation is by invitation only and subject to verification, compliance requirements, and cooperative membership criteria.
