1. Agreement

By using our services, including our website, coworking spaces, events, innovation requests, or any other services provided by Rif Futures Africa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Rif Futures Africa provides technology and agricultural research and development services, innovation solutions, coworking spaces, community events and workshops, healthcare outreach programs (Rifmedics), agricultural investment programs (Afroxtend), and technology innovation services (Rif Techotronics).

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of consent in your region, to use our services. When submitting forms or making bookings, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of any booking IDs or access credentials.

4. Bookings and reservations

Workspace bookings, event registrations, and other reservations are subject to availability. Confirmed bookings will receive a confirmation email with a unique booking or reservation ID. Please bring valid identification when claiming your reserved space or attending events.

5. Payments and pricing

Prices for services are communicated at the time of booking or registration. Payment terms vary by service type and will be specified during the booking process. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location and the service provided.

6. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• Coworking bookings: Please contact us at least 24 hours before your start date to modify or cancel.
• Event registrations: Cancellation terms are specified for each event at registration.
• Innovation requests: You may withdraw your request at any time before work begins.

To request changes or cancellations, email getinvolve@rif.africa with your booking ID.

7. Service delivery

Innovation requests and custom projects are delivered according to agreed timelines. We aim to respond to all innovation requests within 48 hours. Community events and coworking access follow the schedules specified at booking.

8. No professional advice

All information and services provided are educational and informational. Our services do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Healthcare services provided through Rifmedics are delivered by licensed medical professionals according to applicable regulations.

9. Acceptable use

When using our services, you agree to:

• Not break the law or infringe on others' rights.
• Not misuse our facilities, equipment, or services.
• Not disrupt other users or interfere with our operations.
• Not submit false or fraudulent information through our forms.
• Not use our services for spam, abuse, or harmful activities.
• Respect our coworking spaces and event venues, following posted rules.

10. Your submissions

When you submit innovation requests, contact forms, or other materials, you grant Rif Futures Africa a license to review, process, and use that information to deliver our services and improve our offerings. You retain ownership of your ideas and content.

11. Intellectual property

All website content, technology, branding, and materials are owned by Rif Futures Africa or our licensors. You receive a limited license to use our services for lawful purposes. Innovation outputs and custom work are subject to separate agreements.

12. Third-party services

Our website may link to third-party services or integrate with external tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

13. Warranties and disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We strive for quality and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Event schedules and venue availability are subject to change.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rif Futures Africa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of our services.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Rif Futures Africa harmless from claims arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or cause harm to other users or our facilities. You may stop using our services at any time.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a dispute or concern, please contact us first at getinvolve@rif.africa to attempt resolution within 30 days of the issue.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated effective date and notify you of material changes through our website or by email.
